Grown in the volcanic highlands of Jinotega — Nicaragua's most celebrated coffee
region — this meticulously washed microlot delivers a clean, well-structured cup
with bright red apple acidity, a smooth milk chocolate body, and a long caramel
finish
roasted by Blind Monkey
Finca La Lima sits in the misty highlands of Jinotega — Nicaragua's most celebrated coffee region, where volcanic soil, reliable rainfall, and elevations above 1,200 metres create ideal conditions for Arabica production. The farm's meticulous washed processing strips back any complexity to let the terroir speak clearly: the result is a textbook example of clean Central American specialty coffee at its best.
Expect a bright, well-structured cup with crisp red apple acidity and a smooth milk chocolate body that deepens towards a long caramel finish. Equally at home as a filter or pulled through an espresso machine — the Filter roast highlights the fruit-forward clarity, while the Espresso roast rounds out the body for a sweet, balanced shot.
