We live in a world that moves far too fast. And somewhere in the middle of all that noise, we forgot how good it feels to pause. That's exactly where Graycano begins.

Graycano started in 2020 from one simple idea: to create a coffee experience that lasts – one that's truly meant to be enjoyed. What began as a rough sketch of a dripper quickly became a mission that reaches far beyond brewing.
The result: the Graycano Dripper. A cast-aluminium brewer with a food-safe silicone coating. It preheats fast, holds temperature stable and brings more flavour into the cup. Clear, durable, unmistakable.
But a good tool alone was never enough for us. What we care about is everything around it: the five quiet minutes in the morning. The warmth of the cup in your hands. The aroma, the pour, the first sip.

Our first own brew bar opens inside the BMW branch in Leipzig.
We're a small team – but we do everything ourselves. We build, design, pack, code, test, test again and answer every email. Usually with a smile, sometimes with a coffee stain on the shirt.
The mind behind the madness. A curious maker who thinks his way into every millimetre of a product. Felix leads product development and visual design – and keeps the business running.
The anchor of our team: engineer, strategist, bridge-builder. Nicole steers marketing, social media and our partner relationships. With deep roots in Brazil, she connects worlds – literally.
Officially on board since 2024, unofficially always. A computer scientist who can turn any chaotic idea into code. He built our website from the ground up and takes care of tech, logistics and quality control.
Together we're not just a team. We're friends. Two calm North Germans with dry humour, balanced out by Nicole's warm Brazilian energy. We haven't figured everything out yet – but we genuinely care. And that carries us pretty far.
Half a world away from Leipzig, in the nature of Minas Gerais, lies Fazenda Jacarezal – the heart of our My Tree project. Here, with farmer Paulo and his team, you've been able to adopt your own coffee tree since 2022. You give it a name, we send you photos and stories as it grows. And when your tree bears fruit, you get the chance to buy its beans – roasted and ready for your home.

Something bigger grew out of the My Tree project: since 2025, our plantation has been part of NOCA – a community of Brazilian specialty coffee producers united by one wish: that behind every coffee, a name, a face and a story remain visible.
For us, this is the natural continuation of what we started with My Tree. We don't just build tools for good coffee – we now also open the door to the people who grow it. The coffees of our NOCA family find their way to Europe through us: fully traceable, direct from the producer, with sensory profiles from the simple everyday cup to the complex exceptional lot.
It's another pillar of Graycano. Not a change of course – an addition. Because the moment you brew doesn't begin at the kettle. It begins on a farm in Minas Gerais.

For years we built the tools others use to brew their moments. In 2026 we created a place where we do it ourselves: our first brew bar, right inside the BMW branch in Leipzig.
Between test drives and consultations, something unusual happens here: people stop. They watch water spiral over freshly ground coffee. They wait – willingly. Hand-brewed pour-overs, latte art and our full brewing setup in action, every day.
For us the brew bar is more than a café. It's our motto made tangible: Brew The Moment – even where nobody really expects it.
Part of our philosophy is that we don't only brew for our own cup. When baristas compete in Brewers Cups – nationally or on the world stage – we stand behind them: with equipment, with support, with genuine excitement.
Seeing someone fight for every second of drawdown with a Graycano Dripper in front of a jury is the greatest compliment we could ask for. And honestly: we're more nervous every time than the competitors themselves.
Panda Pete has taken our motto to heart like no one else. He doesn't rush. He doesn't scroll while brewing. He pours, waits, smells – and then takes the first sip as if he had all the time in the world. Which he does.
Pete reminds us what it's really about: not the fastest cup, but the most mindful one. You'll find him on our socks, shirts and everywhere we don't take ourselves too seriously.
