graycano GmbH is committed to making its website graycano.com accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG). We provide this statement voluntarily.
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549. „Partially conformant“ means that the requirements are largely, but not yet fully, met in all respects. Accessibility was achieved through genuine changes to the source code; no overlay or widget solutions are used.
Assessment procedure
The assessment was carried out as a self-assessment by graycano GmbH on the basis of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549. The review was conducted on 31 May 2026 using the following methods:
- Automated and manual testing of the home page, the product pages, the shop, and the Contact, B2B, Brew Bar, My Tree, About Us and Discover pages.
- Review of colour contrasts, alternative texts, form labels, heading structure, landmarks and language declarations.
- Manual testing of keyboard operability and reflow behaviour at up to 200 % zoom.
Automated tools cover only part of the potential barriers; the manual reviews supplement this but do not replace an independent expert audit.
