The aluminum structure of the graycano maintains a high temperature of water through the whole brew time. The cork sleeve that comes with your graycano allows you to comfortably touch your dripper while brewing. The cork sleeve is handmade by the FSD Lwerk Berlin Brandenburg, a social handicraft and service company and sponsor of recognized workshop for people with disabilities.
