We want you to start enjoying your purchased items as soon as possible! Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. It applies to any order you place with us. 

What are your shipping and delivery options?

We only offer express shipping to countries outside Europe. 

We offer standard shipping within Germany through DHL or UPS.

The shipping costs, duties and fees are responsibility of the customer and it will be calculated when the delivery address is given at check out. 

Go Green!

Always keeping our world in mind, we only use the DHL Go Green service as our shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to all orders over 50 Euros to be delivered in Germany. 

Processing methods & time

Our estimated processing time after you paid for your order is 2 to 3 working days. The shipping & delivery processing time varies depending on the chosen shipping method and the land of destination, it can vary from 3 to 14 working days. 

In the majority of the countries, the delivery method includes a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any postal delays. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, please keep in mind that there might be unusual delivery delays.

Customers based in Non-EU countries are responsible for all customs fees that may be charged in addition to the shipping costs, protocols and duties.
