Thank you for shopping at graycano! We hope that you are happy with your purchase. We at graycano GmbH value customer satisfaction the most, for that reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The process of applying the coating over the aluminum is complex, which may result in a not 100% even surface. That however does not reduces the product’s quality and function.
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are neither commercial nor their independent professional activity).
Returns
All returns are welcomed within 14 (fourteen) days of the day the product is delivered to you or any third party that sign for the package delivery. Please complete the Return Form, which you can find in the end of this policy, and send it together with your purchase.
IMPORTANT: if you want to return your graycano dripper but have already registered your My Tree ID you will be charged 15 to 20% of the full product cost for reseting and restocking (the exact amount depends if the tree’s name shield have already been made). The tree’s certificate must be included in the packaging when returning the dripper, since it will be reset.
All returned items must be new and unused condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.

Please note, you are responsible for all shipping charges, duties or fees associated with returning your products. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return as we are not responsible for any missing returned items.
Refund & Restocking fee
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow approximately 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. If you want to be notified when your return or exchange has been processed, please make sure to include a valid email address in the Return Form.
The returned product, original packaging and accessories need to arrive in like new conditions (except from manufacture damages and purchased missing items). The refund will include the full amount of your purchased excluding delivery costs and will be process through the same payment method you used on your order. If the returned items arrived damaged, in poor condition, missing items or visibly used, we may apply a restocking fee of 5-15% from the product’s original purchase cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange
Unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange as we do not guarantee the availability of the desired product. In case you want to exchange a purchased item, we ask you to return the delivered product and reorder a new one from our website. We will refund you for the returned product in approximately 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it.
